Load Balancing on AIX system.

Hi there,

 Has anyone implemented  load balancing on a AIX Host with specifying two
default gateways of equal cost. though I have'nt managed to locate a
configuration document as such.

i want  to do  balance the load of outgoing packets over more than one
 ethernet cards evenly.

could u tell me the way to do load balancing on  AIX host connected to multi links.
