I have used it and it is the best.

you must go to these directories and change the password to BLANK

1)Boot your PC with this program and go to this directory and change the
password BLANK.
C:\winnt\windows\system32\config\SAM

2)then Restat and boot your PC with this program and go to this directory and change the password BLANK.
C:\winnt\windows\repair\SAM
