you must go to these directories and change the password to BLANK

1)Boot your PC with this program and go to this directory and change the
password BLANK.
C:\winnt\windows\system32\config\SAM

2)then Restat and boot your PC with this program and go to this 
directory and change the password BLANK.
C:\winnt\windows\repair\SAM
