Securing video on wireless LAN and WAN

Hi the List,
I need to build a project for some WWAN/WLAN for direct video traffic and
securing it. Has someone of you already done a network like that for the
same purpose? Some idea to what kind of platform is better to do it?
(security, server side, authentication, access point, etc.)

Any good help is much appreciated (technical resources, articles, links,
advices.....)
