Hi Jason,
From my understanding a System development cycle is like the following:

-Quality assurance
-Project limitations
-Design analysis
-Design specification
-software development
-Accreditation
-install, evaluate and test
-certification
-maintenance
-disposal

I have been asked to present a System Development Policy to management. I
would like to create a general 'system development best practices' guide.
Does anyone have any resources that may be helpful in completing this
document?

My scope presently consists of:

        Project life cycle
        Methodology
        QA / Testing
        Change / Release management

Thanks in advance.

Jason Burzenski
