IIS 4.x Buffer Overflow Attack?

Between Thursday evening and Friday mid-day I logged quite a few what looks to be buffer overflow attempts on an IIS 
4.x server:

Can anyone tell me exactly what this is?  I looked in Nessus' plug-ins, but did not see anything that stood out as far 
as being close to this (I didn't look too long into them though).
