Scaninig pc's with norton anti virus

Hi
on the company we have norton anti virus.

I was wandering Is it sufficient to only set the anti
virus to be in auto protect or IO need to schdule a
scan daily ? I think that auto protect in real time is
ok ? doesnt it ?
