You might want to download The Cleaner and run it.  You can get a
fully functional 30-day trial from http://www.moosoft.com.  I have
found that it will detect and remove far more trojans than any other
anti-virus package.  Also, a visit to http://www.pestpatrol.com may be
another option.  It won't clean anything off the system but it will
show you a nice list of potential problems.  One caveat, it requires
that you install an ActiveX control.  I have used it on occassion to
track down problematic spyware that both Ad-Aware and Spybot failed to
detect.
