No, that's limits DON'T DO THAT.

Check the space in disk or partion where the exchange are installed.
Or make space; just delete some files (not exchange files).

And try to start up exchange from the services in control panel.

And, for your question, is not possible to divide those files, and their
limit are 16 GB.
Or the other solution is to move these files to another partition. And
change de data base paths in exchange.

Question?, what are the errors in the eventvwr?

Those limits should not stop the service from starting.  What error
messages
show up in the eventviewer when you try to start it?

How big are the files?  Exchange 5.5 has a size limit on those files; if

my informarion store service doesn't want to run I have try almost
