I would take a look at Sysinternals. They claim their tools work for
W2K3 Server.

There is a tool calles TCP View which shows, in real time, the sockets
and the applications which own them (this works at least for
Win2K/XP).

Fport does not work on Windows Server 2003. Do you know of a software
package that is an fport equivalent that works on Windows Server 2003?  I
could use netstat.exe but was hoping for something a little more
informative.
