VMWare interface security

Hi,

My question is the following:

What if on a given machine i run two instances of
VMWare and on one of them i run a sniffer will i
capture all the traffic or just the the traffic that
the sniffer is on ?

I do not have VMWare to test it right now, it is a
project we are looking at...
