CSR and SHA-1 With RSA Encryption in CERT

Hello. 

I need cert signed with sha-1 certificate signature alogrithm.

My question is: 
What option shuld I use in csr request to obtain that cert.

Note! I'm not generate cert oneself, but I send request to verisign or thawte.
