Hello All

Iam in the process of setting up a Remote Infrastructure Management
facility, I am trying to develop a manual for the Support Personnel to
follow, and I want to have a clear DO's and Don'ts in that.

Is there some reference or sample material available on the Code of Ethics
or Conduct(with primary focus on security) to be adhered on a situation like
this?
