Another question (was Access Viewer)

Thank you so much for the quick respond. Thanks for moderator to
allowing my first question posted here ( i really appreciated).

We want to advance our IT organization (which is only 2 persons.. we
are a new company). I would like to know anything related to
developing/settle an IT Organization including policies (having heard
about IT management tools before, but i forgot).

What should we do from the beginning? Do you all have any information
and or reference site about this? (Would be better for us if it is
also provide for free such a
template.eg:procedure,policies,budget,etc). I'm sorry if someone had
posted this question before.
