Help - Nokia IPSO passwd

Hi, 
     I noticed that Nokia IPSO kept the encrypted
password in the master.passwd file that can be read by
everyone. Is there anyway to keep it in a different
file? Like Linux keeps 2 separate files; passwd, which
can be read by everyone, and shadow file that can only
read by root.
