Retrieval of Index.dat files

Hello iist.

I seek advice on how best to collect and analyze data
from Internet Explorer's index.dat files for the
purposes of determining compliance with company
standards for internet use.

I have made myself familiar with the tool Pasco, but I
am finding it difficult to recontruct a complete
picture of surfing history complete with timestamps.
