security violation logged

Hi all,

I can connect to one my FTP site (public IP) without
any problem through other 
internet provider.  But, I can not connect to this FTP
site through my company provider.
The FTP site can not allow me to connect after
inputing the correct username/password.
I used Etheral to capture and got "Security Violation
from x.x.x.x/x.x.x.x Logged." (x.x.x.x is the internet
provider assigned IP address).  

I do not know why?  I can ftp to other FTP site except
this one FTP site but, I can use
other provider's internet service to connect this FTP
site.

Any one can point out why to me?
