Dave,

Thanks for clarifying the link I mangled. I agree about the other resources you identified. I also found in the
publications page a lengthy guide for corprate counsel.

Good stuff.

Tobin

 Tobin,

Excellent resource, maybe these should be read as well, as they seem add
value to this discussion:

http://www.strozllc.com/publications.html

2004 section:

January 5: Eric Friedberg's article, "To Cache a Thief: How Litigants and
Lawyers Tamper with Electronic Evidence and Why They Get Caught;" published
in The American Lawyer magazine

October: Eoghan Casey co-authored with Monique Mattei Ferraro and Michael,
M.D. McGrath a book entitled, Investigating Child Exploitation and
Pornography: The Internet, Law and Forensic Science; published by Academic
Press

As before, the opinions expressed below are my personal and
professional opinions, and not the official position of my
employer....

A colleague just forwarded this link, and I'm passing it on.

Take a look, you'll see that Corporate Counsel wrote this,
not a prosecution attorney.

Hopefully the moderator will let this one through, I feel
it's important that others who may be in the same position as
Edmond read this and take heed.

Just my opinion.

Tobin
