The chances are that the company blocks all internet proxies. In this case the best option is to create a SSH tunnel to linux server outside the firewall, which can be used to browse any site blocked by the firewall. Since the tunnel will be encrypted, they will have a hard time blocking any site. I use the SSH client from www.ssh.fi to create. It is easy and simple.
