Hey !

do you have any SQL software , database hosted on this same win2k server,
if so then gotcha

check the database

check in the databse option what mode is recovery set to, if it is full
then it will eat up all the space , keep this option as "simple"
also remember to check the size of any database . depends on the number of
database

one more thing make sure you are not taking too many backups of database on
the same hardisk
btw all these Applies if you have SQL installed.

if not so then please check you RAM( virtual RAM), virus, or any new
installed software which generates periodic report and stores on local
drive.

I have a win2k which has been steadily losing disk space for the last
few days at a rate of half a gig a day or more. Can anyone point me in
the direction of a tool that will allow me to see which files have
increased in size between determined intervals? Any help is
appreciated...

With filemon from sysinternals you can see which processes are accessing
which files
