If you are able to move the Access Point around the office then you might be able to locate him by triangulation. 1. Lower the signal strength of the Access Point. 2. Move the access point until his client is dis-associated with the access point. 3. Continue to move the access point until his client re-associates, then move it in another location until he disassocaites again. Repeat this process until you have 4 points of reference. Those 4 points define a sphere, which in a ideal world the center of which is the location of your guy.
