With the Server header, the 1.3.29 would remain the same regardless of whether it had been patched or updated? or would the version number change if a patch had been installed on the server?
AFAIK the patch doesn't change the name, only upgrade to the next version changes it. Sometimes it's quite difficult to determine is that server patched or not. Also, the owner can manually change the name or version.
