1. download HijackThis and Spybot. (Check Google). Run them, if they cannot remove the .exe, boot into safe mode and try to delete the c:\windows\is468.exe file. Boot into DOS and type del c:\windows\is468.exe and reboot. Remember to do the usual important data backup before this--just in case you do something wrong. Also, turn OFF system restore before trying this stuff. I don't know if this a virus per se.
