You can do this as long as your CSACS server is a member of the domain you want to authenticate users against.  You 
will need to setup External Database -> group mappings.  You can then select a group from within AD and map it to a 
local group on CSACS.  I am not aware of a way these users can change their passwords while logging onto a router or a 
switch.
