Norwich doesn't have a university, so far as I know.  There is a Norfolk
and Norwich University Hospital, but I'm not sure that qualifies.  "Norwich
University" is not in Norwich, but in Northfield, Vermont, USA.

Well, 'recognition' is an interesting sort of thing.  With its military
background (and NSA designation), I suspect that Norwich University _is_
'recognized' at least within certain (military/government) circles in the
USA.  Though I suspect that its recognition outside the USA is minimal.
