Hi John, A penetration testing report is more than an extract of outcome from Nessus or MBSA. It is more important to know what is the defination of Penetration Testing or rather what is the scope. A decent report should have the tests has been contacted, the vulnerabilities that are found and exploits if any. More refined form of the PT is VA which will have other aspects covered like social engineering, remediations, etc. Regards, Farhaan --------------------------------------------------------------------------- This list is sponsored by: Norwich University EARN A MASTER OF SCIENCE IN INFORMATION ASSURANCE - ONLINE The NSA has designated Norwich University a center of Academic Excellence in Information Security.
