Sorry my last post was just a quick post to help you out.
If you are running on a windows 2003 domain there is a built in tool
that will allow you to query active directory with specific criteria.

DSQUERY
http://technet2.microsoft.com/WindowsServer/en/library/46ba1426-43fd-4985-b429-cd53d3046f011033.mspx?mfr=true

dsquery user -stalepwd NumberOfDays

Searches for all users that have not changed their password for at
least the specified number of days.

There are multiple ways to search a directory or to find out
information about a directory object, it just comes down to what you
are more comfortable with.
