I'm not sure 60 mins is a good idea.  Although this is an area of obvious interest to us, unfortunately it isn't for 
the general user.  Maybe a 30 mins sesh every 6 months or yearly if you are going to use an intranet and posters.

Look at what materials are available but don't go overboard and use them just because they're there.

How are you going to split the sessions?  Will it be the same department or will it be mixed personnel?  Different 
parts of security will be more important to different areas.

Try some comparisons to home security but keep that part brief.

Show how security can make their job easier in the long run.  Apparently this is possible...
