This is a typical MFA (made for adsense). It's a way of making money. 
You scrape content from other sights, blogs, mailing lists, prefably 
something with a clear them and then you place Google adsense advericing 
on this site. A security focus mailing list will contain high quality 
security content, scoring high in google and thus making money
