managment application for switches/SNMP

Hi,

I want to implement port security on all cisco
switches we have at a client, I am looking for a
managment application (open source which will show
closed ports on each switch, will be able to configure
the switches etc.. I know that there is Nagios but im
looking  for something simpler, I hope its exists.
