Query on CISA

I am preparing for CISA from Review Manual 2007. I have 2 queries :

1. Is review manual from 2007 good enough for 2008? As i purchased it last yr, but could not study & give exam due to 
some problems.

2. Where I can find Chapter Wise questions for Practice?

Any guidance will be of great help!
