You can download .ISOs of various Linux distros, which you can burn to CD. You can also get a fully functional trial of Windows Server 2008 and maybe still Windows 2003. Web server software is available for all windoze and linux distros (i.e. Apache). Or for Windoze, you can install Microsoft IIS. Hope this helps...
