CobiT / ISO 20000 / ITIL / ISO 27001

Hi,
I´m IT Manager in Portugal and I would like to begin the certification of my IT System. Last month’s I had read a lot 
and became more confuse about the System to implement. Another difficulty I find is :”how and here to begin”.
My first question is:

•       Between CobiT / ISO 20000 / ITIL / ISO 27001, who is the best, who is the most easy to implement?

•       Project management guidle ?
