Did you work as a Java Programmer or in Project management? Since you are already CEH why dont you start searching for 
a job as a Security Analyst? In which security domain you want to be? In Information security or in network security? 
You gotta be clear on that. 

As far as " i am ready to apply for overseas also" is concern, this is not a place for asking for a job.
