Thanks for the clarification Lane. I think there is definitely a 
misinterpretation.

I didn't see that "full scan" thing anywhere in the full report and also 
what you can customize can never be a benchmark(

, In fact Symantec has beaten all at most of the tests. I think I will take 
this up with Trend anyway. If my boss gets to read that direct analysis, I 
am sure I would be questioned on the QA that I did and the document and 
feedback hunt efficiency before you recommend a vendor.
