ogaverify.exe and scheduled tasks update

Hi,
Just trying to track down some info on why ogaverify needs to have 2
scheduled tasks associated with it on a recently patched WinXP box. One at
logon and one at 0845 every morning. 
I can kind of understand the whole genuine advantage thing(though the name
seems to be a red herring or a euphemism for something else)


I can't seem to find anything at MS explaining what the need is for the
scheduled tasks.

I'll probably just throw in a few lines in our login script to delete them.
