Multi-factor authentication for Google OpenID Federated Login API

As most of you heard by now that Google has extended the Google OpenID
Federated Login API to the Google Apps Premium Account holders. My
question is what options do I have for using multi-factor
authentication instead of the default Google Apps static passwords?
