I would appreciate everybody's suggestion. There is lots of firewall or UTMs/ security solutions available in market.

But i would love to suggest Cyberoam UTM which is cost effective with user friendly Interface.

As per my knowledge you have very small network so don't need to invest too much ammont.

Cyberoam have the facility to make policies Identity base else other firewall have only ipbase.

You can put policies by the name of person that gives you benefit to see the reporting by the name instead of IP 
address.
