Thanks for all the advice people, though I tried the IC3 complaint and
no word back yet. Seems like unless
you are part of a corp reporting a full out incident then no one
anywhere is gunna hear you out.

Such a shame.

I read this and had a cool idea (I think)...

How about setting up some sorta public wiki similar to sourcewatch.com
 (see: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UUY9ahSCMG0 )

Personally I would LOVE a wiki dedicated towards the documentation of
known spammers and ALL their goody little details.
The main problem I see with that is that people could(probably will)
put false information to try and 'blacklist'
people they don't like. So regulation would have to be very good.

Also theres this annoying little law in the U.S that states a U.S
citizen can request any company/organization branch in the government
to disclose
what personal information they are giving out to others AND force them
to stop. I dunno about laws in other countries but that basically
means
that whoever hosts such a wiki can't reside in the U.S else risk lots
of legal complication if u.s citizens complain.

On the other hand such a law theoretically makes one much safer from
the big evil inc's:)
