VPOP3 email server

Hi all!

I felt I might get some info from you. I am using VPOP3 as a mail server and
this is my hitch:

1. When the vpop3 initiates the system (the vpop3 runs a batch file to
enable the wireless connection of the system) to connect to the wireless
router,

2. the vpop3 already starts trying to retrieve mails before the connection
is established and if the connection is not established immediately (my
usual case) the vpop3 misses about two to three accounts.

3. this happens often during the day and as a result those two to three
accounts hardly receive mails.

4. Any idea of how I can delay the vpop3 from trying to receive mails until
the connection is established or make the vpop3 go over the mail collectors
twice and not hang up after going over them once?

Thanks!

Peter
