Any tool for data mining at internet by detecting data leakage?

Does anyone knows any tool or service of data mining at internet for
detecting data leakage?

Now my customer is asking is there any tool or service,
If any contents which includes pre-defined keyword is upload at Internet,
check risk the contents like the information can be valuable for bad person,
and alert to customer.

I heard some social mining tool like radian 6 for marketing.
But I can not find something like data mining for detecting data leakage.

Please kindly advise, if you know any.
