You should definitely keep your WordPress-instance updated and remember to update plugins as well. Most of our actual 
attacks against WordPress-installations has been done using known plugin vulnerabilities. Usually plugin with small 
amount of users is less maintained and contains crappier code. All of the plugins are in SVN btw:
