from personal experience (*grin*) ... I know that regional network
"administrators" can be totally clueless to the point of not even
knowing how to use E-Mail.  If you send them a letter with a few magic
words sprinkled in, they will go berzerk.

Try: BOMB, LOGIC BOMB, TROJAN HORSE, VIRUS, WORM, HARASSMENT, CHAIN LETTER

Those should do it.  Hell, one setence with at least one of those...
yes, in CAPS ... and you should get a good response.
