Satan_doc on SunOS4.1.3

Has anybody been able to get satan_doc to work under SunOS 4.1.3?  I keep 
getting the following runtime error:

Final @ should be \@ or @name at infer_todo.pl line 30, at end of string
syntax error at infer_todo.pl line 30, near "@"
Final @ should be \@ or @name at infer_todo.pl line 30, at end of string

And I'm stumped as to how to solve it.  Has anyone had the same problem?
