As many of you will know, sendmail (and smail, don't know about others)
check the permissions on your .forward file and will not utilise it if its
'world' writable. I would assume (can't check as I don't have the source)
that procmail implements this with its .promailrc, if it doesn't perhaps
this might solve the problem, unless I missed something of cousre *^)...
