Besides, I tried to install 106787-02 on a basic Solaris 2.6 system, and the
patchadd failed, claiming that some packages that this patch patches, were
not installed.

So it does not seem to be a patch for Solaris 2.6, but rather is a patch to
the unbundled Solstice Enterprise Agent version 1.0.3 product.
