Is this comment "early this morning" correct?
I got ICQ 99a Beta v2.20 Build #1800 on 1999.05.04 (about 2 weaks ago)
and installed it. Though I didn't remember exactly, I thought I'd got it
from TCOWS / Asia / Japan. And I didn't watch any announces about this
Build on ICQ pages (http://www.icq.com/), but about Build #1701.

Does anyone know when this Buld appears?
