Is possible debug kernel code with IDA Pro?

Yo guys,

Sorry for question a little off topic, I would like to
debug some code in kernel land, for example
nt!NtCreateFile(), nt!SeAccessCheck(), etc.

Someone know any debugger that are friendily and can
be used to debug this kernel land functions?

Is IDA Pro able to do it? Any other debug able to do
it?

I only know the KD (Microsoft Kernel Debugger), but
it's sooo big and not so nice as IDA to use. :(

No problem if the program is payed.
