-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hi, Lately I've been observing a new malware trend, which I would like to share with you guys. Drive-by exploits for flash/acrobat/quicktime/whatever aside, this method envolves a user receiving an email with a link which redirects to a page with no exploits, it simply has a java applet that downloads and executes a trojan. This trojan is normally a variant of a password stealer for online banking systems. Has anyone else observed this pattern? Or is this a regional only trend (latin-american market) Cheers -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Charset: UTF8 Note: This signature can be verified at https://www.hushtools.com/verify Version: Hush 3.0 wpwEAQMCAAYFAkwh6TkACgkQfP/kwtlgrOrknwP9ERli2s2sZXUpTnqg/ECXGy9xtdgy G/E5RgAQDlIhT7Vx7Ksu1HKh7IoVwysGiGRNlJeYBvnyTXMsKok1Ezz7GtxjhqrfaJRM 7ubM9DQCD6CaiPgep6vwnnxhh12udLoQd6GdVRIOEFU/8WFCvAItq7noeNfnwcP7+MjA 3D5o/sQ= =FMkq -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- _______________________________________________ Dailydave mailing list Dailydave () lists immunitysec com http://lists.immunitysec.com/mailman/listinfo/dailydave
