Hi,

Lately I've been observing a new malware trend, which I would like
to share with you guys.

Drive-by exploits for flash/acrobat/quicktime/whatever aside, this
method envolves a user receiving an email with a link which
redirects to a page with no exploits, it simply has a java applet
that downloads and executes a trojan. This trojan is normally a
variant of a password stealer for online banking systems.

Has anyone else observed this pattern? Or is this a regional only
trend (latin-american market)

Cheers
