Update - Stolen computer may contain data on 1.4 million Coloradans

The story I posted to the mail list earlier today should have been flagged
as an update.  It provides additional information to a previously reported
incident, revealing an additional 1M victims.  The estimated total records
affected by this incident is now 1.4M.
