TX: Medical Records Found Flying Around Parking Lot

A Dallas man found what could have been a real jackpot for identity 
thieves -- a box full of medical records.

"They had the name of the patient, the guarator, the patients Social 
Security Number, stuff that is not supposed to be flying around a parking 
lot," said William Frome.

Frome found the files flying around a parking lot at a storage business 
along Interstate 35 in Dallas after someone reportedly broke into a doctor's 
storage unit.

The records were eventually returned to the doctor.
